ia Motors recently unveiled the all-new Koup at the New York
International Auto Show. The company’s first ever two-door
coupe, the Koup epitomises the brand’s bold new design
direction, featuring fluid lines and balanced proportions which
closely mirror the powerful design cues of the design styling of
the KOUP concept vehicle shown during last year’s show, offering the same aggressive stance with swept back wrap around headlamps, aggressive air intakes and a low, sleek profile and is available in two trim levels (EX and SX). With a wheelbase of 2650mm, an overall length of 4480mm, an overall width of 1765mm and overall height of 1340mm, the Kia Forte Koup is slightly shorter in length and height than the sedan version, but still boasts comfortable seating for up to five passengers. The 1.6 and 2.0-litre variants in both manual and automatic forms will be launched in Singapore this August.
