itsubishi’s ‘Special’ edition Colt Version R gets a race-improved chassis for even greater handling prowess on and off the track.
Since its introduction two years ago, the then limited ‘Ralliart’ Mitsubishi Colt Version R was given an aesthetic make-over with new Ralliart dials, a set of Ralliart single-din dashboard gauges and a set of special Ralliart-Recaro designed seats. Now, Mitsubishi Motor Corporation has decided to release a special limited edition version of its high performance compact sports-hatch with a production run of just 300 units, with a few of them finding their way onto our shores. The difficulty in the procurement of this car has made it a highly sought after hot hatch as attested by Wenn Booi, Marketing Manager of Carlingual Pte Ltd whom said, “Given the extremely limited number of units produced, it was extremely difficult for us to acquire these Special Edition Colt Version Rs from Japan, but nonetheless we are certain that our Singaporean Mitsubishi performance enthusiasts will be more than anxious to own one of these extremely limited edition Colts.
